TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

There are no travel fees to destinations under a three hour drive from Cleveland. Destinations over three hours from Cleveland, Ohio require overnight accommodations for the night prior to your wedding & night of wedding. This is to ensure nothing can happen that would prevent us from being able to get to your event. We are happy to drive to your destination if it is a reasonable distance away to keep things cost effective for you. The Cleveland airport also has options for travel throughout the US & internationally. When we are flying to you we require that flights be round trip from Cleveland. Other costs include car rental/transportation and a daily food allowance for myself & second shooter if you choose to bring one out.

FAQ'S

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING? 

If you have already put the deposit down on a date & then have to move/ cancel it, the deposit is non-refundable & a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold the new date. I don't do this to take all the money I possibly can from you, but because this is my full time job & I counted on that income for the time you booked. If you’re rescheduling due to Covid I have some specific details you can contact me about. 

WHAT IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING? 

While I have never not been able to make it to a wedding (international included) I understand crazy things out of my control can happen. If for some reason that happens, I will do my best to find a replacement photographer that I trust to take my place to come & shoot it. I can still edit their photos if the situation permits. I also always keep my second shooter up to date on your contact info & timeline etc, so if something happened to me, they could step in. I'm not legally held to doing so but want to take the best care of my clients possible.  If neither me or my replacement can make it you will be refunded.

WHAT’S NEXT?

Step 1:

Decide which package and services are the very best for you and your wedding day. Can’t decide on all the extras? Don’t worry, extra coverage can be added up until the day of your wedding.

Step 2:

Sign the Contract.You can do this online, easy peasy. 

Step 3:

Pay the 30% non-refundable retainer (50% for destination weddings as I will be booking my plane tickets and lodging as soon as your venue and plans are firmed up).

Step 4:

I will be in touch with you periodically to check in about all of your amazing wedding plans. 30 days before your wedding we will do a phone, FaceTime or in-person consultation to walk through
your timeline and expectations step-by-step. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have or anything you might need.

I’M HERE TO MAKE YOUR WEDDING

To help you fully understand the packages listed above, here’s a little more info:

My second shooter and I will be at your service throughout your
entire wedding day. Between my film gear, and my second’s
digital, we will be able to capture different angles, and ensure the
most important moments are not missed.

You can count on at least 50 images per hour to be captured
during each part of the event that I am covering. Odds are that
you’ll receive more than this (because epic celebrations always
merit lots of photographs), but this is a good average to depend
upon.

There will be a mixture of candid and posed photographs
captured. At certain points during the day, I may pose you, your
wedding details, your bridal party, and anything you advise me
upon. The candid photos will be taken throughout the wedding
day, especially during the reception and dance parts of the party.
